Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

4. Orders

Coraeli's reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

Coraeli's ships to France, European countries, and selected international destinations.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a refund, products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photographs of the product and packaging.

We will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
